“Derek, stop. It doesn’t hurt anymore.”
Derek frowned as Stiles pulled Derek’s hands away from his arm, where Derek had
been drawing Stiles’ pain away.
“I’m not in agony anymore.”
“You got hurt because of me.”
“That’s not true. That kind of thinking is harmful and you know it.”
Derek growled. “You jumped in front of that creature when you knew I could
handle a beating.”
“Maybe I’m tired of you getting hurt on purpose to avoid me pain. Now cuddle
with me. Your presence soothes me.”
Derek nodded; curling up to Stiles, glad Stiles hadn’t been injured too badly.
